Job Description

    As a member of our Infrastructure Development team, youll dive right into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to developing and deploying large-scale infrastructure solutions that support JPMorgan Chase & Co. s diverse and critical businesses. Youll be using the latest technologies, data management, and security practices in all aspect of software development. Critical thinking, clear communication, and collaboration are key to successful product delivery.In this position, you ll be instrumental in design and developing of firm s strategic softphone solution using WebRTC across various platforms like VDI, BYOD and Mobile devices. You will build features for enabling business to communicate with customer effectively through the softphone solution. Also, enable LOB application to integrate the softphone capabilities into application workflows by delivering APIs/SDKs. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
    • Provide technical expertise throughout the software lifecycle including design, implementation and delivery
    • Understanding of cloud, virtualization, APIs, and modern software languages
    • Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages: Java Spring Boot, Angular, REACT, Electron.
    • Experienced in software development for Public or Private Cloud environment involving API First & Test Driven Development approach, CI / CD pipeline, automated release etc
    • Experience with developing frameworks that help increase developer and release velocity, improving code health and technical standards
    • Advanced experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, database, unix/linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, information retrieval, networking, large-scale software development, security software development
    • Understanding or have experience with Agile and Lean philosophies
    • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
    • Ability to collaborate with different roles to achieve common goals
    • Ability to correlate the business perspective, appropriately define & concise development requirements for the team members
    • Understanding or prior experience with voice infrastructure and developing application using standard SIP and VoIP prortocols.
    • Ability to partner with internal development teams, product owners to drive best and modern application development practices and strategies
