    • Project Role Description :Support the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda.

      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required 2 Participate in incident management meetings, drive initiate SRT bridges 3 Prompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality and consequently identifies opportunities to improve the day-to-day operations of the client supported Drive metrics for Hopping, backlog, reopen tickets ageing tickets
      • Technical Experience : ITIL certifiedAdhere to the Responsibilities detailed in the Incident ProcessLeveraging technology to issue all communications and providing key stakeholder managementLeading, driving, facilitating and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference callsForming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed
      • Professional Attributes : -Good communiction skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently
