Job Description

    Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as a Branch Manager - Agency. This position is available in Mahbubnagar, Warangal, Shimoga, Tuticorin, and Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Agency team, focusing on Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), and Health Insurance (HI).Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Agency team to achieve set targets and objectives.2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business growth in the designated region.3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Health Insurance products.4. Recruitment: Actively participate in the recruitment process to build a high-performing and motivated team.5. Training and Development: Provide continuous training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and productivity.6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.7. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to make informed business decisions.Qualifications and Experience:1. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.2. Proven experience in Agency management within the Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Health Insurance sector.3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.6.
