The role is within the Trade Reporting (MIFID II and Finfrag Regime),The teams primary objective is to provide a control layer across various cross asset trading desks, with the aim of mitigating risk and maintaining transactional integrity. The role requires a good understanding of various Regulatory markets. The team has daily interaction across a wide stakeholder base, partnering with Group Finance, Group Risk, Group Technology and other Operation utility service teams.Are you inquisitive with analytical and risk-aware mindset Do you have a F2B controls background We re looking for a Middle Office Specialist to:Be responsible for a suite of controls, facilitating support aimed at mitigating risk and working with other MO functions to resolve escalated issuesEnsure timely, and accurate, processing of reconciliation requests.Interact and leverage relationships with other Operations teams such as Trade Support, Settlements, Finance, Reg Reporting, Market Risk, COO, Group Technology and Change.Increase RFT (Right First Time) by continuously monitoring and improving the Systemic and Behavioral root causes across FO, IT, and Ops.Increase STP (Straight through Processing) rate of all products by actively engaging IT and Ops Change teams. Take an active role in digital transformation initiativesCollate evidence and materials for various governance forums.Manage and escalate the operational risk of controls run by the onshore and offshore teamsParticipate in front to back operating committees, production calls to ensure dependencies to our processes are understood, our performance is assessed, and key risk areas are managed in accordance with our risk appetitePartner with sales and trading to manage and facilitate new business initiativesParticipate in strategic change initiatives by acting as subject matter expertYour teamYoull be part of Regulatory function which includes Working on Regime such as MIFID II and Finfrag more from Trade reporting standpoint.Role offers a fast paced, challenging work environment and requires someone who is responsive and possesses excellent communication skills.
