Objective of this role is to lead the integration services sustain team and manage critical middleware applications across makemovesell for North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia and Middle East sectors. In this capacity, this role will work with sector and global teams to ensure a high level of stability through operational excellence. Leads the integration sustain team spread across different time zones and ensures a high level of stability through operational excellence. Leadsfacilitates meetings with multiple teams including business, sector IT, Infrastructure teams, among others to develop collaborative approaches to jointly address critical operational issues. Partners with infrastructure and admin teams to implement or enhance application monitoring solutions for end-to-end visibility and trend analysis. Leads the team to provide investigation, root cause analysis, and problem resolution timely and accurately Estimates effort and resources needed for change requests activities, ensure initiatives have the right allocation of resources, and ensures that deliverables are meeting the business needs Provides guidance to team members and ensures IT operations best practices are followed. Demonstrates continuous improvement mindset and proactively identifies opportunities for and leads process improvement initiatives.
QualificationsRequirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines with an IT emphasis is required. 5+ years experience with enterprise integration solution design and implementation 2+ years leading development or sustain team 2+ years experience with Tibco BusinessWorks 2+ years experience with XML, JMS, SQL Java or Informatica experience is preferred Microservice development experience is preferred Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred 5+ years experience with enterprise integration solution design and implementation 2+ years experience with Tibco BusinessWorks 2+ years experience with XML, JMS, SQL Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must Available off hours, periodically, to support planned maintenance windows and crisis resolution Strong team-player with proven experience and a willingness to take ownership of a topic and successfully bring it to completion, with strong leadership, with a pragmatic approach during emergency situations Self-motivation Collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills Attention to detail and quality Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently to achieve objectives Strong trouble shooting skills Excellent project management skills Customer Service Focus
