You ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.Our Risk and Quality team identifies and assists internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks.     Activities to be performed:
    • Proficient in Project Management, MIS and Reporting within the stipulated timeline and preparing Power Point presentations
    • Liaising with the different stakeholders
    • Proactive in developing strong understanding of the current business/quality processes and developing good working relationships with relevant stakeholders of quality in the organization
    • Ability to update the current quality procedures and checklists based on updates in the business processes, evolving models and new compliance requirements
    • Ability to manage difficult conversations, challenge conventional thinking and think innovatively
    • Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working collaboratively with peers and junior members of the team, understand personal and team roles and displaying strong ownership of assigned projects
    • Contribute towards a positive working environment by building good working relationships with the reporting manager, team members and key stakeholders, proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
    • Demonstrate sound analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills in all assignments based on qualification/experience
    • Well conversant with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and should be enthusiastic in using other available analytical tools Always adhere to PwC firm-wide objectives
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in a Big4 audit Firm / Corporate
    • Experience in project management / MIS and Reporting
    • Well conversant with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and should be enthusiastic in using other available analytical tools
    • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
    • Strong application and presence of mind
    • Strong attention to details, analytical skills
    • Possess independent decision making skills
    • Inclination and interest in compliance related matters
