Job Description

    Greeting from Intouch CX! We are hiring for International Chat Process only for immediate joiner(Customer support) Walk-in Location: Building No: 2A, 4th Floor Maximus Towers, Raheja Mindspace IT Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India Roles & Responsibilities: - Support through Chat. - Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines. - Ability to build rapport with the customer. - Ability to overcome objections and ask for the business. Key Skills: - Preferred candidates with understanding on eCommerce websites. - Knowledge of mobile / computing products. - Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills. - Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm). - Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player. Eligibility Criteria: - - Undergraduate & above (No backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies). - Minimum understanding of Customer Service. - Immediate joiners are preferred. - Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts.
