Job Description

    Customer Service Representative - To answer phones to respond to general customer queries, concerns and complaints, arrange for service requested by the customer, project a professional company image through phone interaction.Essential responsibilities:
    • Service calls from customers based out of US
    • Solve queries and concerns on the calls
    • Arrange for the services required by the customers
    • Provide customer with information about products and services
    • Follow up on customer enquiries and resolve
    • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of the trends in the customer calls
    • Recommend process improvements
    Qualifications required:
    • Should possess customer centric attitude
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic knowledge of computers
    • Professional phone etiquettes and ability to work in the team
    • Should be flexible for the rotational and night shifts
    • Education qualification - 12+ and above
    Freshers & experienced are eligible
