Job Description

    Job Role: International Voice Process.Candidate must be a graduateExperience: 1-3 yrsSalary: 2.6 LPA - 3.5LPARoles & Responsibilities:
    • The candidate has to Support through Voice.
    • The candidate has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
    • The candidate has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines The candidate should have the ability to build rapport with the customer.
    • The candidate should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
    Key Skills:
    • Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of ecommerce websites
    • Should possess effective Written & Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills.
    • Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM).
    • Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Must be a Graduate ( No Pursuing Candidate)
    • Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in international voice or chat support role.
    • Should be flexible to work for both Voice and Chat support.
    • Immediate joiners are preferred.
    • 100% work from the office
    • Willing to work 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts)
