JOB TITLE & JOB CODEInventory Officer (SC-LO-02) PURPOSE OF THE JOBThey support Warehouse Manager for in terms of Inventory Management in WarehouseORGANISATIONAPAC / E-Loco / LogisticsReports directly to:Warehouse ManagerDirect reports:Logistics Operators Network & Links Position title of connected positions / functional reportInternalMaterial Planners / SQA / SPQD/ Project Manager / Project team / Engineering/FinanceExternal: Suppliers MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Ensure safety standard.Monitor and delegate assigned tasks by the Warehouse Manager.Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction through excellence in Inventory accuracy, picking, kitting and line feeding of materials.Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee s performance.Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy in SAP, Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.Communicate job expectations and coach employeesDetermine staffing levels and assign workloadInterface with internal customers to answer questions or solve problemsMaintain items record, document necessary information, Maintain the indicators of the area up to date.Main contact for SPC to provide visibility on materials availability for task sequenceEffective management of kitting trolleysCandidate must have (SAP / GSI - WM ) skills and capable of managing Location / Bin to Bin conversions/WM master data/Generating TR/TO and confirming TO.Order Execution in MES tool.
