Job Description

    • You will responsible for design and development on new software or extension of existing software and recommending design and architecture framework and improvement based on global standards.
    • Leading a module from inception to implementation, appropriately balancing priorities/ workload and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Performing various Module Lead functions including High level design, Low level design, planning & defining scope, risk analysis, strategic influencing, working with vendors, controlling quality, benefits realization.
    • Ensuring business priorities and performance management are integrated throughout the process.
    • Building relationships with various proiect/program stakeholders and business partners while identifying areas to add value and to improve performance within the business.
    • Assessing the teams technical skills, potential and effectively allocate task responsibilities to Vendor team appropriately.
    • Establishing, communicating and implementing policies and procedures as required to support new/changing business requirements and improve efficiency.
    • Establishing and maintaining open door policy and being highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
    • Providing regular project/program updates to senior leadership
    • Creating new ideas & implementing POC for the same.
    Where you ll be working. This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.What we re looking for.Youll need to have:
    • Bachelors degree or one or more years of work experience.
    • Experience in leading IT projects/ programs.
    • Knowledge of Dev-Ops (Git, Jenkins, Jira etc.).
    • Experience in varying levels of programming abilities that include DevOps, Java, J2EE, React /Angular JS.
    • Experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle.
    Even better if you have one or more of the following:
    • Any Master Degree.
    • Experience in IT - Telecom Industry.
