Job Description

    Job Title: Java Developer (Microservices)Experience: 4-12 yearsLocation: Any locationNotice Period: 90 daysWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer with expertise in Microservices architecture to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience up to 12 years, demonstrating a strong proficiency in Java development with a focus on Microservices.Responsibilities:
    • Designing, developing, and maintaining Microservices-based applications using Java technologies.
    • Architecting scalable and resilient Microservices solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement Microservices architectures.
    • Implementing best practices for Microservices development, including service discovery, fault tolerance, and monitoring.
    • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards and best practices.
    • Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.
    • Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of Microservices applications.
    • Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in Microservices architecture.
    • Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 4-12 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
    • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture principles and best practices.
    • Experience with frameworks and tools commonly used in Microservices development (e.g., Spring Boot, Netflix OSS, Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
    • Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
