JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW | Nava Bharath Fertilizers Limited JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW Job Description JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW M. Sc. / B. Sc. in Bio Technology / Microbiology 0-1 Yrs. (M. Sc. ) / 2-3 Yrs. (B. Sc. ) No. of vacancies Languages to be known English , Hindi , Telugu Skills Required : Advanced knowledge of principles of Tissue culture preferred. Technical knowledge of propagation materials, equipment and methods. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Ms. Office and databases. Roles and Responsibilities : Ensure plant material is initiated as required by the company and ready for production as required by manager. Monitor plant materials in all areas of lab and in all stages throughout the tissue culture process. Monitor work areas daily to observe plant conditions. Report findings to micro propagation in charge. Suggest ways to improve plant quality, process & procedures. Run trials to determine highest efficiency of process and procedures, media, systems. Maintain database for all trials and experiments. Use statistical analysis of data to provide evidence of improved process and/ or plant quality. Stay up to date on industry, new technologies and work to implement into current system. Observe greenhouse crops and recommend inputs.
