Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of the Commercial Strategy; take full accountability for brand insight across regional organization, and provide strategic insights that share /develop brand strategy. Working collaboratively with cross functional teams to synthesize findings into actionable insights . Responsible for territorial marketing activities in order to optimize and customize brands promotion, strengthening implementation, coordination and execution of Field Force and KAM activities.Responsible for identifying and retaining talent. Lead the development and implementation of standards to supportquality and compliance. Analyzes trends and develops impactful and actionable customer market insights & support Brand teams in creation of service needs to define an Integrated insights & analytics plan & Provide leadership in the establishment of a high performing team of Scientific Events Leads, Managers and Coordinators. Lead the development and implementation of standards to support quality and compliance. Aligning on work required to support Scientific Events activities at a global, Regional and local level where required. Lead teams to define deliverables and monitor time management. Enable implementation of enterprise wide data strategy by applying the enterprise data services through an aligned operating model with CDO and IT and enable execution of specific business use cases.Work closely with stakeholders in business units, to shape analytics / data use cases. Build trusted partnership with the stakeholders and champion the value of clean and linked data & Be overall responsible for delivery of data services to defined use cases to ensure value realization while ensuring adherence with enterprise wide data strategy. Provide technical leadership in data management to the team and be able to roll up sleeves to perform hands on technical work as needed. Provide servant leadership to AGILE teams by playing the role of Scrum Master. Deliver on key metric to measure success on becoming a more data-centric organization. Drive engagement/collaboration in a matrix organization, fostering strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and helping build diverse teams.Minimum requirements Masters/ PhD in Computer Sciences / IT or other quantitative sciences. Minimum 10 years of experience working in global companies with at least 5 years of experience in leading global projects in Data Life Cycle Management using AGILE methodology. Deep expertise in Data Life Cycle Management and data wrangling including Data Ingestion, Unification, Anonymization, Search, Master & Meta Da-ta Management and Data Governance. Experience in FAIR data principles, creating Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs), building Ontologies and working with Semantic Web technologies (RDF, SPARQL, OWL). Minimum 5 years of experience in AGILE working as a certified Scrum Master. In-depth experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and mentoring teams/individuals on agile values. At least 5 years of hands on experience working on data management tools, scripting languages.,
