Responsibilities & Key Deliverables(1) Should colloborate with different stake holders like DAC,Validation, Durabilty and Vehicle development team for passenger car projects.(2) Should report to the management the updates on the project and follow the vehicle dynamics design process (3) Should develop the new capabilities for BEV and ADAS technologies (4) Should prepare the analysis reports and ensure the timely discussion with necessary stake holders. (5) Should be able to mentor new joiness and Interns as per the oppurtinty given (6) Should meet the project time lines and preparing the 8D reports based on the issues reproted. (7) Should ensure the quality of analysis and results delivered on time. (8) Should support prepartion of KM documents an updating the process documents, desing guide lines and modeling guide lines.General Competencies(1) Should have good knowledge of vehicle dynamics and supension Design for Electric Vehicles and IC based vehicles (2) Should have good fundamentals -Multibody simulations, Applied mechanics and Finite element methods (3) Should be able to do Multibody modelling of Suspension, Steering and Full vehicle for Electric and IC based vehicles.(4) Should have knowledge of different Dynamics loadcases for Suspension and Full vehicle evaluation for Electric and IC based vehicles. (5) Should be able to Conduct Load Generation for Durability - Subsystem and full vehicle level (6) Should be able to conduct DOE and Optimization studies for different systems (7) Should be able to do Root cause analysis and resolve concerns in physical test and field (8) Should be able to do correlation studies with Lab and Track testsFunctional Competencies / Skills critical for the JobADAMS, ADAMS/CAR Carsim, Matlab, Simulink Hypermesh , MotionView and SolveGeneral Requirements(1) Good and clear communication (2) Able to discuss and present results with design teams (3) Good report writing skills (4) Team player (5) Process adherence (6) Quick learner (7) Good Planning and execution skillsExperience4-7 Years in Automotive Vehicle Dynamics using ADAMS SoftwareIndustry PreferredAutomotiveQualificationsB.E Mechanical (Min First class) M.Tech/M.E - Machine Design (Preferred from IIT or other good institute)Job Segment: Engineering Manager, Engineer, Engineering, Automotive ,
