Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence, healthcare, telecommunications, rail transportation, semiconductor, geospatial, industrial, and energy.Job DescriptionPerform aerostructural stress analysis on airframe structure, experienced in concessions assessment, peer reviews, quality checks, customer interaction and build relationship, mentoring a relatively young team etc.
    • Design and Analysis of Metallic & Composite structural and system components.
    • Lead will oversee and work with a team responsible for the review and analysis of aircraft structural modifications to show compliance to CAR 525 regulations.
    • Development of Global Finite Element Model (GFEM) for loads.
    • Development of DFEM for sizing parts having complex configuration.
    • Development of Analysis templates using classical methods.
    • Experience in performing Stress, Fatigue & Damage Tolerance Analysis and Sizing of components.
    • Dossier/Report preparation for PDR & CDR deliverables.
    • Experience in evaluation of Allowable Damage Limits and Concessions.
    • Ability to resolve issues with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Evaluate vendor technical proposals and internal Program Change Requests.
    • Prepare Change Proposals.
    • Prepare technical reports to show compliance with the applicable certification requirements.
    Experience in Product development life cycle of aircraft components from Design concept, Analysis to Manufacturing.Qualification:
    • Bachelor or Masters in Mechanical Engineering degree.
    Work Experience and Essential Skills:
    • Minimum of 9 years of relevant Aero Engineering experience.
    • Extensive working experience with Aero structures design, analysis and manufacturing.
    • Strong system technical integration skills.
    • Superior organizational, communication and planning skills, you are able to set priorities in order to achieve important milestones.
    • Strong customer orientation, perseverance and can work effectively within a team environment.
    • Experience with other aircraft types in the regional or missionized markets is useful.
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office software tools.
    • Good written and communication skills.
