Essential Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in S/W industry with strong agile development methodologies. Strong programming skills in C# .Net Core is mandatory. Additional skills on languages like Python or Java is good to have. Must have hands on experience in MVC Architecture, Web Apps, REST API Design and Micro-Service Architecture. Should have a good knowledge on performing deployments to IaaS and PaaS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have strong Database (SQL) skills with Oracle and SQL Server. Experience in IBM/Rabbit MQ, working on XMLs, JSON, Webservices integration in code. Working on REST & Web Services with tools like Postman / Fiddler. Strong communications skills. Experience in ATDD / BDD is an added advantage Should have skills and experience w.r.t JS like React/Angular/Node. Must have an experience on UI Design using the mentioned technologies. Should have knowledge on CI/CD and Reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: Ensure Metrics defined are met and on track for the applications. Should have idea on ROI Calculations and Metrics driven apps. Ensure development code program is delivered with quality and meet implementation date & criteria. Support multiple projects in parallel w.r.t Development and Unit Testing for the delivered projects for the Team. Work collaboratively with cross segment teams for solution design and understanding any requirements from business aka. Program Teams for Program Execution. Coordinate with stakeholders including shared services, interface teams and dev for any issue resolution and gaining insights. Provide regular status updates to the team, highlighting the risks that need to be addressed for code. Should have good proficiency with giving dev timelines and highlights for OPS Review. Work actively on Code Review and monitoring the issues encountered. Work actively on developing newer capabilities for the Team. Work actively across teams to design solutions and architect them.,
