That is also the number of people you may impact as our new internal consultant.Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborate closely with Learning Solutions Project Managers and Learning Solutions Program Managers to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of evaluation strategies, based on a Business need. Build the learning metrics and evaluation strategies to measure the efficiency of the learning interventions and analyze the data. Analysis of data to identify strengths and opportunities within the learning intervention to effectively communicate training effectiveness. Develops, implements, and maintains evaluation strategies to measure and report on the efficiency of training solutions (i.e. Kirkpatrick s Levels 1-4, KPI and ROI methodology). To support the business with learning analytics and measurement dashboards and to provide a comprehensive overview of the learning analytics tool. Partner closely with the business to analyze the execution and impact of learning solutions and pivot (or continue) based on results. Conduct gap analysis using multiple sources (e.g. Mentor Connection database) and other message assessment tools. Share standard methodology, mentor trainers in measurement strategy, and needs assessment.Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: Strong academic background with a relevant business qualification (full-time MBA/PGDM) and Kirkpatrick Certification or equivalent metrics certifications. 8+ years of proven experience in crafting learning evaluations, analyzing the learning data, and creating reports and dashboards. Experience leading complex projects or multiple projects as part of a large program. Experience working with Tableau/Qlik Sense/ any other data analytics platform. Ability to analyze the complex and large volume of learning data.Desirable: Experience in providing Learning evaluation and insights to improve and communicate training effectiveness.Why consider Novartis 799 million.
