Job Description

    Job summaryAmazon is seeking a results-driven, influential Learning Program Manager to deploy Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator (RC) Onboarding programs across APAC+MENA Consumer Talent Acquisition organization. In this role, the Program Manager will lead hands on On boarding learning programs for a variety of new hires throughout the Consumer TA organization. They will work with recruiting partners to drive actions and initiatives that enable the continued growth and scalability of our Recruiter / RC onboarding programs. The Learning Program Manager will dive deep to understand specific onboarding needs leveraging subject matter experts, business driven data, and content designers. To be successful in this role, this individual must demonstrate strong project management skills, instructional facilitation capabilities, and be able to influence by providing data-driven recommendations through a scalable Learning & Development lens.Key job responsibilities Owns Recruiter / RC engagement and learning delivery through content facilitation and coordination. Tracks weekly Recruiter / RC On boarding progress and proficiency. Provides remediation recommendation and strategy if not on track. Coordinates Recruiter systems access and permissions. Monitors Recruiter pipeline management and req allocation. Implement new learning and On boarding solutions that increase Recruiter confidence and productivity. Develop, run and analyze metrics to track program success and scale. Intimately understand and stay current with the recruiting priorities of the businesses supported and align work and prioritize accordingly with directions provided by manager.A day in the life1. Ability to work with recruiting partners, new hires, data, dive-deep, identifying issues, tracking progress is a must.2. Be an agent of speed and adept at driving and managing onboarding.3. Ability to design and deliver effective communications.4. Ability to engage with multiple stake holders from across different teams in Amazon and influence them.5. Ability to take complete end-to-end ownership of an initiative till execution and then sustenance. 6. Ability to define project deliverables, timelines and set up mechanisms to track inputs and outputs for the program.7. Strong business instincts to identify waste in the system, ability to put structure around ambiguous problems, conceptualize the solution and break it into deliverables.,
    • 3+ years experience in program or project management
    • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
    • 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
    Experience with Recruiting lifecycle. Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently. Experience designing and facilitating Learning & Development content. 3+ years as a proven resource driving multi-organizational projects, from initial concept to final deliverable while successfully managing various stakeholder. 3+ years of experience working in a Recruiting or HR environment, driving improvements that have resulted in measurable business impact. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations under tight deadlines.
