In this role, you will serve as a critical member of the product team where you will develop and deliver the next generation of our data products. As a Product Manager, you should be experienced in customer feedback techniques, software development lifecycles, and Agile software development best practices. You will work with product development teams and partner with product owners, stakeholders, and customers to create visionary road maps. You should have experience communicating effectively with senior leadership. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business. What you will do
    • Responsible for validating and ensuring desirability and viability of your product
    • Create, communicate, and execute your vision for a modern data product
    • Lead a team of engineers, application developers, product designers, and data scientists to define and deliver your products and solutions
    • Drive your product forward with clear metrics that align to the needs of our users and Red Hat
    • Create stories, epics, and roadmaps that you own to deliver your product s strategy
    • Continuously improve your product, your team, and EDA by being a leader within the product management organization
    What you will bring
    • Bachelors degree
    • 1+ years of experience in Agile technical product management in software companies
    • Experience gathering user feedback from interviews, website analytics, surveys, etc.
    • Experience creating user journeys, documenting assumptions, and experimenting to identify solutions
    • Experience creating product roadmaps and bringing those products to life
    • Understanding for the software development process including: story creation and tracking in Jira, deployment to AWS, DevOps best practices, and product retirements
    • Ability to evangelize your products value in large group settings using tools such as Miro, Slides, etc.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience leading cross functional initiatives
    • Ability to think systematically and effectively when navigating ambiguously defined business problems
    • Ability to thrive in fast paced start-up like environment with a growing team
    • A high standard for quality of work
