Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as a focal point of contact for all projects and create strong partnership with stakeholders to add value by providing consultation on delivery and progress with periodic refurbishments/automations in metrics and visualization across the transparency data by tapping the market trends & requirements. Coordinates with team and stakeholders for BAU and adhoc projects and manage deliverables as assigned Provide subject matter expertise, support and consultation to Clients and team on the needs as per the defined parameters of the project Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to support and ensure coordination of activities to deliver according to expectations Translate Client needs/demand by adding solutions to existing/new projects to find pragmatic insights and solutions. Manage/oversee the Client portfolios and responsible for their delivery and inculcating automations/improvisations Accountable for operational executions of their projects and facilitate change via technology or continuous improvement. Ensure quality control (QC) checks for the assigned projects/deliverable to meet Client expectations Works closely with various stakeholders while implementing/executing comprehensive derivable plan. Ensure timely, efficient, high quality delivery for projects and activities Ensure consistently high level of Client satisfaction through effective management of Client demand and development of Client specific solutions Follows and tracks key deliverable and milestones for assigned projects. Ensure accurate and timely reporting with proposed refurbishments Works closely with Team/Global Product Lead to drive functional expertise in the local teamMinimum requirements 8 to 12 years of overall work experience Strong analytical expertise in the requisite or related field Strong Business focus and Client centric approach Strong and proactive and proven ability to provide insights and analytical acumen/ judgement for decision makingWhy consider Novartis 799 million.
