Novartis Technical Operations (NTO) brings billions of units of medicine to countries around the world.The BPA Manager will support SCM Global in the planning, reporting and analysis of financials and is supporting business decisions focusing on the drivers that influence SCM results.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: To support the business within a country with complex analysis, reporting, forecasts etc. (typically very large to large revenue) and may coordinate a team of specialists. To act as a Business Partner for BPA within a country, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team. Act as business partner for BPA team and provide services to support and strengthen key BPA processes. Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate these risks. -Manage and provide financial analysis and decision making support for a investment/project in a domain Provide well managed and quality financial analysis in order to improve business case proposals and profitability tracking Continually improve and streamline existing management reporting processes and support the definition and implementation of lean processes to meet the changing demands of the business. . May supervise the performance and development of a small team of BPA specialists. Financial Reporting & Analysis Team LeadershipMinimum requirements University degree in Finance / Economics, Chartered Accountant, equivalent degree or MBA in Finance from renowned business school. At least 8 years of experience in finance & business partnering. Experience in operating financial reporting and forecasting systems. Excellent analytical ability, detail orientation and ability to deep dive in processes and systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation expertise. Professional dealing with SAP and Office applications. Good organizational & communication skills, ability to work with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.Why consider Novartis 799 million.
