Job Description

We provide investment servicing, data & analytics, investment research & trading and investment management to institutional clients.Business Line Information:Business Solutions Team facilitates consultative approach to sales by working with clients/prospects to understand key business challenges and opportunities to work with a strategic outsource provider. The team, in conjunction with other key stakeholders at STT, then provides a recommended end to end solution taking into account client near and long term objectives as well as best practices via industry intelligence.Primary responsibilities:

  • Project manage solutioning engagement
  • Develop and maintain toolbox of deliverables to be leveraged (e.g. benchmarking, visuals, etc
  • Develop and maintain solution sets across archetypes
  • When necessary facilitate discussions with local STT teams (e.g. KAM)
  • Join internal and external solutioning sessions
  • Produce artifacts from meeting for consumption by internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • MBA, MS in Economics (India)
  • BA/BS (non-India)
  • 5-7 years experience in financial services or consulting firm (India)
  • Working knowledge of asset servicing business
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong PC skills- PPT necessary, , Visio, Tableau or similar applications a plus
  • Strong work-ethic with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
