Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesRecruitment speacialist- Bulk Recruitment- Multilingual Recruitment- Manpower Vendor Management- Manpower Planning- Employee Engagement Activities- Statutory Compliances- Attrition Management- Day to day HR operations Candidate should be capable of fulfilling these requirements:.Ideal Candidate holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in RECRUITMENT(50%) AND GENERALIST(50%).This would include driving the processes as per the HR Calendar, ongoing Interaction with key stakeholders, handling escalations related to the processes, managing ongoing process improvements based on internal customer feedback, adherence to statutory compliances as may be required in the assigned process and audit and process redesign as required.Ensure that the operational staff is always motivated by conducting various employee engagement activities.Hands on experience in HR activities including.Manages the complete employee lifecycle in terms of data updates, HRMS, policies, tracking and reporting.Desired Candidate Profile
