    About roleManager Managed Security Services Device ManagementLocation - MumbaiRoles/ResponsibilitiesHands on experience in the design, deployment and troubleshooting of network and perimeter security devices such as Firewalls (Checkpoint & FortiGate), NBAD(StealthWatch), Network Forensics, Anti-APT, Load Balancer, WAF, Mail Gateway, Proxy, Anti DDoS etc.Analysis of escalated incident from L1 and L2Experience in firewall rules review, tool administration and false positive/alerts tuningResponsible for the technical deployment or troubleshooting in network security devices ensuring the efficient functionality of the solutionResponsible for SLA Management, Incident Analysis, Solution Recommendation, Escalation resolution, Tool admin, Maintain Knowledge base, Escalation point for issue resolution, Patch/Upgradation, Rule base Management, General Firewall AdministrationTroubleshooting of an incident within IT Security incident response teams.Apply investigation techniques to document root cause and impact of detected incidentsAssists with the development and documentation of an overall architecture to assure confidentiality, integrity and availability of company IT assets.ResponsibilitiesManaging the team that addresses network security managementDocument root cause and impact of incidents.Should have good command on networking concepts of routing and switching, Prior experience of handling team, Responsible for creating service enhancement plan and implementation/executing the plan for each technologyResponsible for tool based report analysis and fine tuning deployed solution as part of daily operationsExperience / Skills/QualificationsBE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSC-IT with minimum 8-10 years of experience in the field of IT Security.Strong work experience on any four/five products Checkpoint, Fortigate, NBAD, Radware WAF, Anti DDoS, Load Balance, SMG, Proxy, Network Forensics (PCAP), Anti APT.Professional certification CCIE/CCSE/ CISSP/CISA/CISM/or Any SIEM Technical certification.Ability to adapt and follow the processes and guidelines.Possess an impeccable work ethic and a high degree of integrity.Good Analytical &Problem Solving skills.Able to communicate with technical staff/management.Flexible to work in shifts.Highly motivated & customer centric.Job Segment: Network Security, Operations Manager, Manager, Security, Operations, Management,
