Job Description

    Job PurposeThe brand & marcom lead of ISB Digital Learning is responsible for leading the crafting of an integrated brand strategy for the brands in this portfolio while ensuring synergies with the parent brand. The incumbent will be developing, implementing, and managing the brand strategy and marketing communications of the brands in the portfolio to ensure that they are aligned with the overall business objectives and vision. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, brand management expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive brand awareness, engagement, and, ultimately, business growth.Job Outline Develop and implement an integrated brand strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and vision of the business. Identify and leverage internal and external synergies with the parallel brands in the ISB ExecEd portfolio. Manage the budget for brand and marcom initiatives and ensure that all activities are cost-effective. Develop portfolio. guidelines in line with the positioning and finely crafted programme-specific communications which are in line with the brand and distinctive from the corresponding portfolios. Work closely with the other marketing verticals, product, and sales teams to ensure that all communications and campaigns are consistent with the brand and marcom strategy. Develop and implement a marketing communications plan that supports the growth strategy. Keenly monitor and analyse the performance of the brand and marcom initiatives and make real-time recommendations for improvement. Track competition and industry trends to identify and capitalise on strategic growth opportunities to drive the next phase of innovation and growth.
