    Job Description for Microsoft Diagnostic EngineerRole: Microsoft Diagnostic EngineerExperience: 4 - 6 yearsLocation: HyderabadEssential Functions: Collaborates with consults with customers, vendors, and contractors to provide expert technical solutions in support of contracts in a fast pace and demanding environment Follows up with customer contacts to ensure satisfactory resolutions Reports findings, tracks progress, and documents customer communication within incident management system Manages workload in a manner that meets defined Service Level Objectives Develops positive working relationships with internal and external customersRequired Qualifications: Experience and knowledge with managing and troubleshooting Microsoft solution pillars including: MMC, M365 and O365 infrastructure, Exchange, Identity, InTune & Security, SharePoint & Development, OneDrive, and Azure. Support end-user technical issues related to Skype for Business and Teams Provide tier 3 engineering support for escalated issues and resolve tickets within established SLAs Experience in migration from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams Strong scripting and automation experience in PowerShell A conceptual understanding of routing/switching/QoS, proxies, firewalls, Session Border Controllers and their potential impact on voice, video, and web streaming network environments Experience and knowledge with Azure AD Group, O365 license management and O365 groups Proven record in analyzing, troubleshooting, and creating root cause analysis (RCA) reports with action plans on remediation Strong analytical, interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills along with effective oral/written communication skills Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among multiple concurrent projects while also handling interruptions Ability to explain technical information to non-technical usersDesired/Preferred qualifications: Industry certifications on telephony and associated technology solutions Microsoft products Two years working experience in the managed services industry 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft Teams/Skype Familiar with both voice and data equipment and technologiesCertifications: MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
