Job Description

    What Candidate will be doing-Create and execute test plans for new feature launchesWork closely with engineers to develop tools and automation testsDefine and track key quality metrics to drive quality improvementsPartner with product engineering teams to understand and plan for upcoming changes that impact our teamCoordinate and perform release testing to ensure the quality of appWhat Candidate need to have5+ years of Strong experience in developing automation test strategy and documenting test plans, test cases, and reporting bugs for complex featuresA track record of working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and servicesExtensive experience testing and debugging mobile and web applicationsExtensive experience with API testing, familiarity with REST or gRPC protocols, and tools such as Charles proxyExperience with cross-organizational collaboration. The most successful candidates will be able to navigate working across multiple teams to help root cause complex issuesEffective written/oral communication skills. You will need to be able to articulate technical issues clearly and concisely to both engineers and product managersFamiliarity with Linux and programming languages such as Java/Python/SwiftHigh attention to detail. You notice when things arent pixel-perfect (but know how to prioritize effectively)Familiarity with UI automation frameworks like XCUITest, Selenium/Cypress, and EspressoExperience with test automation frameworks and an understanding of how to leverage them effectively
