    • Design and update job descriptions
    • Source the potential candidates from various online portals.
    • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
    • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
    • Interview candidates (via phone, video or in-person).
    • Advertise job openings on social networking websites, paid and free job portals.
    • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to meet client requirements.
    • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify future hiring needs.
    • Documentation of selected candidates should be done and help them onboard to become fully integrated.
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
    • Promote companys reputation as best place to work.
    Required Candidate Criteria:
    1. Only Full-time graduate of any stream can apply.
    2. Candidates with Tele-calling, Field Sales and Recruitment of 1-2years+ work experience will be mostly preferred.
    3. Fluency in English and Hindi is compulsory.
    4. Good verbal and written communication skills
    5. Strong decision-making skills.
    6. Strong Convincing and Negotiation skills.
    7. Strong Interpersonal Skills.
    8. Language proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Oriya, Marathi as an added advantage.
    9. He/ She must able to do 100 calls per day.
    10. Candidate should also possess leadership qualities.
    Salary Range:10k-18k per month.Based on performance in the interview process, Salary will be fixed and Incentives are also will be added to fixed salary based on consistent performance
