    1. Handling the end to end recruitment process
    2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
    3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Job portals, social sites
    4. Source and recruit appropriate candidates by using databases, social media by understanding the nature and importance of the requirement
    5. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    7. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
    8. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    9. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
