Job Description

    • Must have good experience on working forMedical Devices Industry
    • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
    • Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C/1099 with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
    • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
    • Ability to understand the non-technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
    • Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.
    • Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
    • Interact with Clients/Vendors to get new requirements
    • Screen/Prepare resumes as per requirements
    • Coordinate with consultants and offshore sales team
    • Take ownership of bench candidates and Job postings
    • Manage Onboarding and new hire process.
    Must Have:
    • Bachelors Degree in any related field
    • 3+ years recruiting experience preferred
    • Good communication & Negotiating skills
    • Good organizational & time management skills
    • Good knowledge with Microsoft tools, Outlook and Internal tools
    • Working knowledge of tech screenings and interview preparation skills.
