Job Description

    Role: Offshore Performance TesterRole Description: Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objective. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up to dateJob Requirements:1.Candidate should possess good communication skills, have client facing experience, flexible to work in accordance with the client needs, should be a quick learner.2. Candidate should have experience in the execution of Performance and load testing using JMETER or similar tool and designing, developing and delivering performance testing solutions for applications3.He/She should expertise in performance testing tool JMETER, Loadrunner in scripting , execution, monitoring ,servers/infrastructure monitoring and analysis4. He/she should understand non-functional requirements from business and requirement gathering5.He/She should strategize and Plan NFT activities with various groups (Development, Infrastructure, Database etc) and secure test environments in advance. 6.He/She should have experience in set up and monitoring of the servers, perform Load Test and Stress test with huge volume of Users (multiple users)7.He/She should coordinate with the Guidewire Functional team for Test case finalization8. He/ She should develop Performance Test Approach, Key transaction lists, User volume/Load profiles and Performance Requirements for their assigned applications based on NFR s9.He/She should formulate test plans including systems analysis, risk analysis, writing and plotting test strategies and determines how to report test results and defects.10.He/She should play the role of individual contributor and handle the tasks independently Knowledge and Skills required: Load runner, JMeter , Web (HTTP/HTML) & Webservices protocols, strong hands- on experience on scripting (Parameterization, check points, Transactions, Reusable functions ,Correlations, Actions/Blocks, Iterations etc)Job Segment: Consulting, Developer, Database, Testing, Systems Analyst, Technology ,
