Job Description

DescriptionDescription- Lead team in developing infrastructure provisioning and DevOps frameworks for automating delivery pipeline - Drive cloud migration initiatives including inventory management, billing, auditing and compliance - Lead multiple teams, projects, resources/budget and partner with global functional and business teams - Define standards, methodologies for DevOps, Infrastructure and Cloud platforms - Drive operational excellence by optimizing support across multiple platforms like Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka, etc. - Lead/Work with many global teams, communicate efficiently, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams - Should have strong ability to lead cross team communication, vendor & risk management - Lead, mentor people and plan their career growth along with focus on creating a cohesive team environment - Thrives in a multifaceted environment, maintaining composure and a positive attitude., Key QualificationsKey Qualifications

  • Leading, hiring, developing and building platform engineering team & providing them technical direction
  • In-depth understanding of DevSecOps technologies, infrastructure management and BI platforms
  • Proficient with public cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) & migration strategies.
  • Development experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as CDK, Terraform or Pulumi
  • Knowledge on secure development practices to drive DevSecOps transformation in hybrid cloud environment
  • Experience in leading infrastructure operations such as patching, upgrades, DR testing, performance optimization, monitoring and alerting. Exposure to chaos engineering is a plus
  • Experience in developing automation applications and tools using Python, Ansible or Golang is a huge plus
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of development processes and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Should be self-driven, highly motivated and ability to learn quickly
  • Experience managing annual performance evaluations, setting SMART goals and mentor team members for career development
