Job Description

    Hiring OPT Team Lead / Recruitment Managers
    • Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any technology maintaining database of OPT candidates.
    • Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates.
    • Speak to candidates and convince them for training if they are freshers. Onboard them for marketing if they have solid experience already.
    • Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.
    • Should have some understanding of the hot IT skills in the market.
    • Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/ L2EAD / H4EAD / H1B candidates from Job portals, Universities, Network, Social Networking sites, and other sources
    • Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and network, a prior database of OPT candidates.
    • Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
    • Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
    • Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 1099.
    • Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
    • Maintaining a good database for the follow-ups.
    • Explaining and Negotiation about compensation / packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.
    • Willing to work in night shifts (EST).
