    Job descriptionCircle IT Solutions is hiring OPT Lead / Senior OPT Recruiters (Onsite Role)Timings: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST (EST timings)Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad - Besides Eenadu OfficeRequired Experience: 3-7 yearsNo. of openings - 7Roles and Responsibilities
    • Lead the team of OPT Recruiters / W2 Recruiters.
    • Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring
    • Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, and a prior database of OPT candidates.
    • Capable of getting students for any technology training.
    • Strong communication & convincing skills.
    • Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
    • Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
    • Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax terms and Visa Types.
    • Need to maintain good relationship with team members as well consultants.
    • Address the consulting needs of a major client account.
    • Maintaining good database OPT candidates.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Candidate must be having Team Lead skills
    • Must be able to motivate and mentor the team
    • Must be able to train the freshers as OPT / W2 Recruiter
    • Candidate should possess strong communication, convicing and commanding skills
    • Must be willing to work for a long-term
