Job Description

    Must Have
    • 5+ years experience as an Oracle Apps Technical Experience in Oracle R12 and above application version Functional experience is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of supporting and enhancing RICE components under SCM and Finance module PL/SQL, Packages, Procedures, Interface, XML Publisher, Workflow, OAF Willing to learn Oracle Cloud tech solutions an added advantage.

    • Oracle - Finance Modules and SCM modules functionality Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
    • 1. India Time support for 9 hours
    • 2. Rapid response to address high severity (severity 1, 2, and 3) incidents.
    • 3. Pro-active issue detection and resolution as well as service monitoring.
    • 4. Service restoration after unanticipated outages or disruptions.
    • 5. Driving root cause analysis and resolution to closure.
    • 6. Identification and driving of application processes service quality improvements and automation
    • 7. Resolution of production support issues.
    • 8. Escalation as necessary to secure assistance and technical guidance from other Technology teams to resolve support issues.
    • 9. Management and progression of Action items.
    • 10. Automation and process improvement of Functional Processes
