Job Description

At least 5 years of experience in implementing UK payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements, particularly for public sector entityAble to provide best possible design solution to client for their payroll requirementsLoading external deductions and payroll data conversions in HCM Payroll cloud.Experience in creating BI reports and payroll reconciliation related activitiesResponsible for making sure that conversion is successful by reconciling the payroll data across legacy system and Oracle Payroll cloudExpertise in Payroll cloud Tax updates activities and payroll testing after each upgrade during the implementation cycle.Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business and suggest best practices to them.Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered payroll processes and reportsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentCommunication and Analytical skills Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitabilityGood knowledge on software configuration management systemsAwareness of latest technologies and Industry trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateUnderstanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models availableAbility to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutionsOne or two industry domain knowledgeClient Interfacing skillsProject and Team management,
