Job Description

    Skills & Expertise:
    • Prior experience with a functional Oracle Fusion Time & Labor and Absence Management implementation
    • Advanced experience with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (Oracle Cloud Certified candidate is preferred)
    • Configuring Time Cards and related components
    • Configuring Time Entry and Time Calculation rules
    • Configuring Time Entry & Time Processing profiles
    • Configure Absence with fast formulas and basic rules
    • Support building extracts for payroll inputs to third party systems
    • Knowledge of integration between time and payroll module and working knowledge of issues
    • Strong knowledge of personalization including EL expressions
    • Knowledge of BPMN s
    • Facilitating CRP and UAT testing
    • T&L Integration with different systems
    • Leading requirements gathering workshops
    • Hands on experience with Fusion Cloud tools - HDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Reporting tools - BI and OTBI

    Education & Experience:
    • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
    • BE/B.Tech/MCA or Equivalent
