As an Oracle HCM cloud ORC Functional Consultant, you need to provide Oracle HCM cloud ORC functional consultant services which include but not limited to:Understanding the business requirements & provide optimal solutionWork closely with Business and Application Development teamsConfigure HCM Cloud application to meet the business requirementsDevelop test scripts for the business requirementsConduct system testing and ensure the deliverables meet the acceptance criteriaSupport business testingComplete the tasks in an efficient and timely mannerCommuniate the status to all the stakeholders in a timely mannerQualificationsMinimum 5 years experience in HR project delivery covering business requirement, application design, development, testing and deploymentExpertise in Oracle HCM Cloud ORC business processes.Hands-on experience in HDL, FBL, HSDL, Configuration packages and PersonalizationsAbility to work independently and manage local and remote resourcesExcellent interpersonal skills, executive communications skill and presentation skill. Should be able to communicate at all levelsBehavioral skills, Leadership, Problem solving and time managementStrong planning, negotiation, analytical and process improvement skillsProficient in MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).Strong control and quality management skills; accuracy and attention to detail is vital.Assertive and self-confident, comfortable when interacting with senior management.,
