Job Description

Architect, Design and Engineer cloud security solutions that support Invesco Global Security strategy and vision. To assist teams, design, and carry out conformity with technical standards, cloud security requirements as well as addressing regulatory compliance related issues. As a cloud security architect, the individual will be a member of the Global Information Security team ensuring that Invesco s landscape is secure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Plan, Design and Configuration of technologies for multi-cloud environments based on security best practices and standards
• Lead cloud projects, including tactical initiatives and architecture and implementation of various security solutions & processes with focus on cloud security
• Experience in the implementation of cloud security technologies and including but not limited to Cloud Access Security Broker, Cloud Workload Protection, CI/CD, Security Information Event Monitoring (SIEM) systems, Cloud Data Protection and others.
• Defining technical requirements related to cloud solutions including but not limited to Data Protection, IAM, Cloud Access Security Broker, Cloud Workload Protection, CI/CD, Security Information Event Monitoring (SIEM) systems integration, and others.
• Strategize current and future cloud security solutions to improve compliance to NIST Framework and Cloud Security Alliance guidance
• Be able to provide appropriate security design and support activities such as (patches, upgrades, enhancements)
• Ensure metrics and periodic updates are provided on various projects assigned
• Effectively engage key stakeholders with solution architecture, application security and other technology domains. Research, design and implement solution meeting requirements
• Evaluate and implement security solutions to meet business needs. Research, design and support cloud security products that will support security requirements. Share emerging trends.
• Investigate, document, and report on information security issues related to cloud environments globally
• Other duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:

• 8+ years experience in IT Security with exposure on various security verticals including Infrastructure, Apps and related
• 5+ years of experience deploying Security Technologies in AWS, Azure and other major cloud providers
• Experience in deploying security solutions to popular cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, and Oracle
• Hands on experience in developing cloud security solution, configurations and presenting to architecture review boards
• Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes, and technical security solutions, Prisma Cloud, Containers security, McAfee CASB, SIEM (Qradar/Splunk), IAM and other workload protection solutions
• Knowledge of JSON, application security and software defined solutions
• Requires strong knowledge of Cloud IAM administration, domain structures, user authentication and cloud network architecture
• Knowledge of or experience with industry compliance standards such as SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPPA, NIST, ISO, GDPR, SOC1/2, etc.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. Frequency and duration to be determined by manager.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree in computer science/information systems or related field or equivalent demonstrated experience.

LICENSE / REGISTRATION / CERTIFICATION:

• Preferred Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), SABSA and/or TOGAF certifications are a plus
• Preferred Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified
• Preferred Vendor Certifications from AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
