Job Title:Principal Data Analyst Compliance SurvJob Code:Department:Compliance (9227HYD)Location :HyderabadReport To:Assistant ManagerFLSA (US Only):Direct Reports:NoneRevised:Job Purpose (Job Summary):This role is part of Global Compliance Surveillance Function. Responsibilities would include streamlining data extraction, transformation, and load processes, design use cases, analyze data, and deliver results. Trade Surveillance and other Surveillance of daily transactions & positions of global Funds. Work closely with various regional Compliance teams in North America, EMEA and APAC Region.Daily Key Responsibilities / Duties include:Specializes in collecting data, organizing that data, and then analyzing the data. Should be able to accurately report their findings to other departments to make informed decisions.Manage the process and coordinate with diverse group of stakeholders including process updates/changes. Provide a highly responsive and professional level of support to cross functional business departments.Gather, extract, manipulate, analyze, and model data using analytical and statistical tools.May also be required to provide database maintenance and development in conjunction with the IT department.May be required to provide data governance support and developmentWork closely with Technology teams on development of new capabilities to define requirements and priorities based on data analysis and business knowledge.Act as subject matter expert in resolving complex situations in day to day tasks and mentor other colleagues in teamHelp senior management in making process more effective and efficientWorking Timings:Working timing will be 02.30pm to 11.30pm IST however this could change from time to time as per process requirements.Work Experience / Knowledge:Total work experience of 5-8 years required including minimum 4 years of relevant work experience of data analysis.Strong Knowledge of and experience with Data Analysis is required.
