This new product will be cloud ready, user friendly, modern looking on top of all the cutting-edge technologies which will enable customers to leverage the scale and the performance of the cloud and at the same time provide them with great user experience.What you will be doing As a Senior Solutions Architect you will need to provide technical solutions that meet business needs, provide technical leadership to the technical staff in the team, drive innovations and utilize latest technologies to build solutions that are scalable, reliable, robust, and secure. Provide technical leadership, understand the big picture, and take part in architectural approaches for software design and implementation. Analyze and determine the technology required to assist business needs. Use emerging technologies to support the solutions architecture team. Drive the team with effective supervision, coaching and mentoring. Provide alternative solutions or approaches by improving technology. Lead POCs for upcoming technically and/or functionally complex epics on the development roadmaps. Provide high level solution design for roadmap items. Keep up with new and upcoming technology concepts and frameworks and apply them in the product to improve the product architecture in line with our go to cloud strategy. (Situational) Support the scrum teams to meet their delivery milestones by working within or next to the teams, especially in demanding client-driven deliveries. Provide technical leadership and supports the team with writing quality code, do code reviews for junior members in the team. Continue to develop personal and teams technical skills. Identify design issues, improvements and guide the team to adapt the code as per best practices and develop sustainable code. Ensure developed software meets all the requirements of quality, performance, scalability, and security.What you bring: Skills Hands-on experience with playing solution architect role. Hands-on experience with Core Java 11+, Java EE, Spring, SQL Good knowledge of Object-oriented concepts Good knowledge of UI/UX concepts and UI programming language preferably Angular Can understand and apply suitable design patterns while designing/developing code. Should be good at problem solving and debugging with excellent analytical skills.Added bonus if you have: Knowledge of AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, Microservices, Harness, Jenkins Understanding of Payments, SWIFT / Bank connectivityQualifications BE/BTech/MCA/MCMCompetencies Strong communication skills Excellent Presentation skills Efficient collaborator Initiative-taking and self-learner Strong Leader and be able to mentor the team.
