    Job descriptionHiring Procurement Analyst on Contract to hireClient : MNCThird Party ( Payroll Co.) : Orcapod Consulting ServicesLocation : BangaloreDescription:Job Description for Analyst ProcurementWe are searching for a talented, dynamic hands-on individual to be part of the Procure to Pay (P2P) Procurement team within the shared services organization. Procurement team is responsible for Global VMware purchases which includes Goods or Services. Procurement manages the review of Purchase Requisitions in agreement with Corporate Purchasing policy and issuance of PO. Other responsibilities include RFQ, SOW, PO amendment, ETA, RMA and assisting business in their queries.Key Responsibilities:1. Handling general queries and resolving the issues related to the process2. Managing ETA for goods related POs3. Support Requestors & End users as the First Point of Contact for resolution of all Process Queries & Issues4. Ensure all queries are answered within agreed SLA with adherence to all Quality Parameters5. Adopt changes quickly and move on with delivery with minimum time6. Focus on one-time resolutions7. ETA, RFQ, E-mail handling, MS office experience8. SAP experience would be an added advantage9. Adhere to Sourcing guidelines & various sub-processes as laid down for processing Purchase10. Review requisition requirements and work efficiently with requesters, supplier to fulfill the requisition and issue Purchase Order to the appropriate Supplier11. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.12. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability13. Communicate with Internal and External stakeholders14. Handling Projects based on Management requirementQualification:1. Bachelors or above degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Commerce with a minimum of 2 years of related experience2. Good Knowledge of MS Office3. Prior experience of using SAP & Coupa is an added advantageDesired Skill:1. Should have worked in a global environment2. Strong academic background3. Good communication skills both written & spoken4. Knowledge on working on SOW & Agreements would be added advantage5. Basic understanding of P2P process and systems6. Good Analytical skills for reporting and analyzing Procurement Data Requirements7. End to End knowledge of Procurement process8. Attention to details, accuracy, act with urgency & good code of conduct9. Timely communication to Supervisors/Managers on technical glitches, escalations & conflicts if any10. Flexible in work timing & shifts11. Target oriented & team player12.
