Job Description

Description

  • Ability to attempt to debug standard customer issues as a starter and provide direct technical support to customers on critical design issues over a period of time.
  • Works with Xilinx tools to debug and solve customer issues.
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment to identify customer problems and propose quality solutions.
  • Contributes to capture knowledge through Xilinx Answer Records in Xilinx.com
  • Contributes and shares knowledge about Xilinx products and technology in Xilinx Support Forums
  • Communicates effectively to customer on problem resolution by articulating both verbally and in writing.
  • Follows & meets Xilinx Processes & Policies
Education RequirementsPost-Graduate/Graduate with M.E/M.Tech/B.E/B.Tech (ECE or EEE) from a reputed national or state college/university.Years of Experience 2+ years
  • Good understanding of Digital concepts, CMOS technology & Tool methodology flow.
  • Good knowledge of C, HDL (Verilog or VHDL) language.
  • Good knowledge of Xilinx Tools and Devices/FPGA Designs is an added advantage.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information in an organized & understandable fashion is a must.
  • Work as a team and demonstrate superior problem solving skills. Ability to multitask and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Willing to relocate and work in Hyderabad
  • Experience in High speed serial IO IPs
