Job Description

    About the Role:CaaStle is adding a new Product Director - Advertising Platforms to its growing Product team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product you will engage with our leadership team and marketing team members to develop the strategic product vision, and to identify and address operational challenges in the advertising and marketing area to scaling our clients businesses on the CaaStle platform. Your product efforts directly affect the growth in consumer demand for clothing rental services by building product capabilities used by marketing organizations to find, attract and convert subscribers.What Youll Do:
    • Work with leadership and business stakeholders across the company to help to define the vision and strategy for the CaaStle Marketing Platform suite.
    • Build a high impact product roadmap to support marketing and advertising campaigns to drive consumer demand and that improve operational effectiveness.
    • Promote feature requirements across diverse teams including engineering, operations, marketing and account services.
    • Champion data-driven decisions both within the product team and with broader stakeholders by defining hypothesis-driven success metrics and analyzing product performance
    • Drive product initiatives ensuring impactful features are shipped at a regular cadence while exhibiting urgency throughout the execution cycle
    Wed Love for You to Have:
    • Seven plus years of Product Management experience with three or more years working on advertising or marketing platforms
    • Experience delivering successful B2B products
    • Concise and impactful communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to establish credibility at the executive level; experience gaining agreement for product efforts across cross-functional teams
    • Passion to push the boundaries of whats possible today and possessing the creativity to look at problems in new ways combined with rigorous learning of what works
    • Decisiveness in ambiguous and fast-paced situations. Data-driven, hands-on and rigorous in your approach.
    • Execution-focused with attention to detail and able to appropriately prioritize and manage conflicting requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred, MBA is a plus
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 by date of hire to be considered
