Own overall product environment across the stack and accountable for architecture/design, 1/3 development/deployment oversight, and successful operationalization of plat-forms built using digital technologies (e.g. Semantic Search, AL/ML, NLP/NLG, IOT, Block-chain etc) Carry accountability for all technology decisions concerning multiple digital platforms across Novartis. Ensure platform implementations are state-of-the-art by including new-age digital technologies and concepts (some examples include semantic knowledge graphs, natural language processing using high-ranking models, question-answering, ML based content ex-traction, distributed ledger based transaction systems, AI based search ranking and relevancy tuning etc.) Ensure platforms achieve high standards of response times, availability and efficiency. Ensure scalability of platform for large, enterprise-wide implementations A good technical explorer attitude with a passion to learn and experiment with multiple new-age technologies Ensure publication and communication of Architecture (EA) blueprints across organization. Communicate and educate organization on the elaborated architecture Product adoption management with the software vendors, collaborate on product improvements. Define and maintain design and coding standards. Support project and operations teams during the lifecycle. Define and maintain training/accreditation for developers in technology Own support for product technology related.Minimum requirements B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent Fluent in English, other languages beneficial Hands-on, passionate technologist with a maker mindset . At least 10 years total experience in IT in which at least 3 years is as a Solution or Technical Architect At least two years experience in large enterprise grade product implementations and their deployments. Experience in enterprise search implementations, AI/ML/NLP solution implementations will be an added advantage Ability to quickly understand a business and technology context for solutioning. Senior-Developer level programming capability Global Mindset and communication skills; stakeholder influencing skills.
