Not often programs of work come along with this level of focus to build products, leveraging the latest technology, be part of a global team and execute with full priority with required investment. You will be working on Big Data and Analytics products that enable a governed, centralized, curated and secured repository to expedite advanced analytics, AI/ML, and business analytics in the public cloud and on premises. We are looking for an outstanding, Senior Product Manager - with deep experience in data analytics space. We are looking for someone who, when something needs to be done, people come to you to get it done.Responsibilities:

• Work on some of the most complex data analytics problems and significantly improve data scientists and analysts end to end journey in using EMR/any other cloud analytics products
• Drive Business Results by:
  • setting the Product s vision, roadmap and objectives, and effectively cascades these throughout the organization.
  • Identifies new opportunities to influence the firm s business and technology strategy in their business domain
  • Uses a broad business understanding, commercial acumen and deep understanding of own specialism(s) to guide product delivery
• Develop products with full autonomy to define the vision, strategy and manage the backlog with engineering teams utilizing an agile methodology.
• Interact and partner with unbelievably large and talented data technology organization
• Influence decisions on data access and controls agenda with Firmwide Data Management, Operations and Technology partners
• Interact with other high-performing teams within JPM to inspire innovation and champion change throughout the bank.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to various client and Chief Information officers and improve the product adoption across the firm by partnering with Customer Success teams.

• Bachelors/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in developing software products and have 10+ years of experience in a product role.
• Minimum 4 years of management experience
• Current or previous engineering experience around Big Data and analytics products using traditional and/or cloud native tools (specific case studies)
• Be able to demonstrate deep understanding of at least one product and data domain in any industry from attributes level details to enterprise level concepts in the context of heterogeneous data sources (structure, syntax, semantics) to streamline data life cycle from sourcing, transformation, consumption of reference/master data, transaction data, etc. for reliable and scalable analytics.
• Proven track record of product, agile and scrum ways of working
• You have strong leadership skills and the ability to independently own products or a portfolio of products end-to-end. You have a strong track record of product deliveries
• Familiarity with Java or any other programming languages, AWS/any other cloud based products development experience.
• The ability to build consensus amongst a wide range of partners including business owners, technology, operations, legal & compliance, marketing & sales
• Outstanding communication and stakeholders management skills.
