Job Description

    NOTE: This is a very new company, It is in its very initial stages.- We are a firm of Chartered Accountants specializing in Accounting, Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance, International Tax, Tax Appeals, Auditing, and Valuation Assignments.We are on a journey to transform our operations leveraging state of art technology and platforms. We are looking for engineers with a keen interest in finance to drive the change.Below are the key expectations form the role :- Develop a strong understanding of finance, accounting, taxation and finance and functions- Work closely with the team and clients on opportunities to streamline functions and create scale- Assess alternative solutions including third party solutions- Work with team on choice of solutions and implementation- Communicate closely with internal stakeholders and clientsBackground and Skills :- Degree in Engineering, with experience or keen interest in finance- Ability to manage client and internal expectations- Open to and willing to adopt new processes/approaches/ways of working.- Strong oral and written communication skills- Demonstrates product mindset and systems thinking abilities.- Prioritizes activities to maximize business, operational, and customer benefit.- Analysis and problem-solving: identify issues and help implement the most appropriate solutions.- Ability to produce technical documentation to support the above, specifically product requirement documents and designs,
