Leveraged by owners, investors, and managers of multifamily real estate, RealPage Business Intelligence and Benchmarking solutions are the key tools used by. executives, asset managers, and analysts to inform strategic and tactical decisions for the management of their assets. A product line under the RealPage Data and Analytics division, RealPage Business Intelligence and Benchmarking supports 3 commercial SaaS solutions and a number of major organizational analytics initiatives.What Youll DoThe Product Manager, BI matrixes to the Director of Product Mgmt for Business Intelligence with the primary responsibilities of translating the Product Vision into workable requirements, validating and reviewing system changes with stakeholders, and working closely with the Development and QA teams throughout sprint planning and daily calls to ensure successful execution of initiatives. You will be responsible for the requirements gathering and documentation, refinement sessions, management of development / issues backlog, and creation of user stories and acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will set the example for product ownership, be an effective communicator and motivate the team to set and achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. Please find below the job description for your reference.Primary Responsibilities Drive requirements gathering activities, including measurable benefits and value-added outcomes in all the following: Define business cases Translate product management strategies into features, user stories and acceptance criteria Where applicable create wireframes and mockups Create business requirements documents Be the voice of the customer to the technical teams Present requirements to technical teams to evaluate feasibility and determine levels of effort Present requirements to stakeholders for review and sign-off Create release notes for new features, enhancements and bug fixes Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical team Work with the Product Leadership to establish release goals as part of quarterly Roadmap and PI Planning, managing the backlog Drive projects and track milestone dates, delivering project updates to leadership Drive problem management escalation issues to resolution Meet service level agreement (SLA) for escalated to development tickets Perform triage issue investigation Partner with Problem Management to investigate client issue reports Work in Azure DevOps TFS Maintain tickets and agile boards Participate in backlog refinement activities Track team performance metrics Be accessible to the technical teams, reviewing work and answering questions Formally review stories for acceptance, including meeting the customer benefit, acceptance criteria and desired level of quality Participate and/or present in release demos Keep meeting notes and follow up on action items Act as a mentor and provide supervision to more junior team membersRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Bachelors degree required in a Business, Analytical, Communications, Technology, or related field. 7 years of progressive BA experience with data analytics and data software commercial SaaS solutions Strong written communication skills including process and product documentation. Strong attention to detail required for understanding and documenting methodology and logic as well as reviewing and editing content. Demonstrated knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data management, data governance and privacy, data quality, data lineage, ETL, and APIs Proven project management skills Business requirements gathering experience. Strong data analysis experience with demonstrated ability to methodically develop solutions for complex problems. Broad understanding of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Proficient in Microsoft Office products Communication Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication as well as conflict management skills. Strong ability to navigate complex issues. Analytical Strong analytical and reasoning skills; must be effective at summarizing and communicating complex information. Collaborative proven capability to influence and drive cross-functional teams to the successful execution of plans. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with only general direction and minimal supervision. Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Real Estate experience is preferred but not a requirement. Previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN) Previous experience working with content management, technical writing or editing, or data catalogs is preferred. Previous experience working with project management and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, Azure TFS) is a plus,
