Job Description

This is a Product Manager role reporting to the Director, Products. You will beone of the lead Product Managers in the team that is responsible to drive the companys zerotrust identity vision and will be tasked with owning the growth of our Identity LifecycleManagement and Application Services portfolio. The Identity Lifecycle Management service provides a set of capabilities, services and APIs toautomate provisioning of users from trust sources to various target applications, maintain andmanage these accounts and entitlements for the lifecycle of the identity. The ApplicationServices portfolio enables secure single sign-on (SSO) from Idaptive to secure access tothousands of cloud, mobile and on-premises applications. In this role, youll work closely withthe other product leaders in the team driving key areas of Adaptive MFA, User BehaviorAnalytics, Endpoint Mobility Management and Zero Trust Security.We are looking for:

speak to the smallest detailsResponsibilities:
  • Help drive the growth of our User Lifecycle Management and Application Services
service (meet company/sales targets) by driving/evangelizing cross functionality teamsto meet these goals. Understand gaps in the organization, and drive changes toaddress.
  • Define, communicate, plan, align and execute the product roadmap for User Lifecycle
Management and Application Services working closely with peers to keep current ourproduct roadmap.
  • Drive product innovation and opportunities through feedback from market data and
various analysts, customers, internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Work closely with architects and developers to develop, prioritize and manage the
product backlog in a lean / agile environment.
  • Drive Companys engineering teams to deliver product roadmap, making priority
decisions based on a decision framework; make trade-off decisions based uponimmediate needs to close business, product strategy, product quality, gaps identified byanalysts.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams on product interface concepts
  • Drive product marketing to deliver go-to-market material.
  • Enable sales and support on new product releases and solutions.
  • Meet customers and partners to communicate company/product strategy, address
requirements.
  • Team success this is cross functional role; ensure overall business goals are met with
great alignment across cross functional teams.
  • Should be willing to work closely with the Company and Israel teams and attend
meetings during the US and Israel time zones, as necessary.Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant product management experience, leading engineering teams from a
product vision and execution standpoint
  • BS in EE/Comp Sc or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a vision and strategy, with a proven track record of
delivering market leading solutions to market and developing new products withcommercial success.
  • TME like skills to be able to own/maintain/run demos and lab environments.
  • Cloud and/or cyber security domain expertise - Has a good understanding of enterprise
IT infrastructure and cloud domains, ideally with expertise in cybersecurity.
  • Prior Development Experience: a deep understanding of software lifecycle management,
Agile, Developer Experience, APIs and micro-services and related security aspects
  • Identity and Access Management domain experience would be a strong plus.
  • Experience with SaaS Business Models, especially as it relates to transactional, usage-
based business models
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills. Should be able to represent
Company at industry events and with strategic customers and prospects.
  • This position may require up to 25% travel.
